Arm Exercises For Women - Get Rid Of Batwings

By Ned D'Agostino

Women who lose weight develop something known as "batwings" on the under arm. You know - those flabby patches of skin that do not seem to stop moving when your arm does. There are arm exercises for women that are specially designed to help with this problem.

Whether you are a novice or someone who has been working out for some time now, the following tips can help you increase muscle in your arms, decrease the excess skin, and just get an overall improvement in strength. You can even include some maneuvers to decrease unsightly belly fat.

Everyone is familiar with Pilates and the exercises using giant blow up balls, but not everyone knows the purpose of them. When you work out with a Pilate ball you are using every muscle you can think of because you are constantly trying to stabilize yourself. Your workouts will be increased in difficulty but well worth the effort.

The first thing you are going to need is a stabilization ball and some free weights (otherwise known as dumbbells) that weight between 3 and 5 pounds. Make sure you have one for each hand.

With free-weights in hand sit on the stabilization ball, and once you are settled and secure begin the routine by following these steps:

o Begin the exercise with your upper arms running parallel to the floor. Your lower arms should be perpendicular while the dumbbells are in your hand.

o When you are ready, begin by lifting your upper arms to a position over your head. You will need to be tightening your abs to maintain your balance on the ball. When your arms are overhead make sure that your palms are facing each other while you hold the dumbbells.

o From this position, lower the dumbbells behind your head slowly, bending your elbows so that they are pointing toward the ceiling. Doing this slowly is key as if you go too fast you can hurt yourself and you will also not get a workout.

o With your palms facing each other, slowly lift the dumbbells over your head. Try to get up to doing 10 to 12 repetitions three times. You will find your biceps burn. This proves you are working your muscles. Once the difficulty has lessened advance to heavier weights.

These arm exercises are not hard to do and will get your "batwings" under control finally. If you want to start out slower begin with using just the weights, avoiding using the exercise ball. If this is still too much for you to handle then use less weight. Once you are ready, you can increase weight, add the exercise ball and increase your repetitions and sets. Keep in mind, however, that with less weight and not using the exercise ball the exercise will be dramatically easier and you will not see results as quickly.

Whatever your needs, be it under arm flab or just wanting to get more strength and tone, these arm exercises for women can help you achieve that goal.

How to Lose Arm Fat - 8 Exercise Tips to Get Rid of the Loose Flesh in Your Triceps

By Dean James

Techniques on how to lose arm fat vary from food planning to exercise to ordinary daily activities. But one thing is for sure, a single technique is not enough. Incorporating a properly planned diet with arm exercises and disciplined daily routines is the only way one can be successful in reducing the wiggle under one's arms.

Flabby arms, like love handles, are some of the most inevitable addition to a person's physique as he or she gets older. But there is no reason to despair. A bit of persistence and diligence can help you get rid of those flabs in your triceps.

Arm Exercises:

1) Diamond pushups - Use your fingers to create a diamond shape while doing sets of pushups. Four to five times a week of doing this would give you noticeable results.

2) Tricep dips - Use a material with a solid surface, like a table. Facing away from the table, place the heels of your hands on the edge and slowly walk your legs away from your body. With your weight on your hands, lower your body slowly. Do this 15 times in three sets.

3) Weight-lifting - This is the most common technique to get firm arms. The frequency and the weight of what you're going to lift would depend on whether you just want to have firm triceps or you want your arms to bulge with muscles. Take it easy at the start, though, since sudden lifting of heavy weights can cause injuries.

4) Backward lifts - Stand with your legs apart. Holding dumbbells in each hand, lift your arms backward slowly and as far as you can go. The hands should be facing backwards in this routine.

5) Tricep extensions - Hold a dumbbell in both hands and raise the arms over the head until your elbows are forming a 90-degree angle. Do this for at least 30 times.

Additional arm-firming tips:

1) Watch what you eat - If you want to lose the flabs in your arms, you need to work on the tone of your whole body.

2) Choose a physical fitness program that uses all parts of your body, particularly the arms - When you're in a gym, choose the exercise equipment that can work your arms out, like an elliptical machine or rowing equipment.

3) Do regular stretches - If you're sitting in front of your computer or behind your desks for long periods of time, take time to stretch every hour. Stand up and stretch your arms and your whole body to relieve muscle fatigue and to allow your blood to circulate.

The techniques on how to lose arm fat are quite simple. What you need to remember is that getting rid of the loose flesh in your triceps cannot be done with dieting or exercising alone, you need to combine these two plus a bit more to achieve your goal.

Achieve your goals more quickly using a proven fat burning program that shows you what to do step-by-step with nothing left to chance. Check out the Fat Burning Furnace Review and more unbiased information on leading fat burning programs at => http://www.burnfatreports.com/

How to Lose Arm Fat For Women

By Julia Hudson

Three Steps to Lose Arm Fat

Tank tops, sun dresses, sleeveless tops - three things that those of us with arm flab would love to wear during the summer time, but never do because we are too embarrassed. The extra weight on our arms has us paralyzed with self-consciousness.

This is a horrible way to feel, but there are so many women out there that feel exactly that. Well, you do not have to feel that way anymore! There are myriad of things you can do to change that part of yourself and feel like the woman you know you are inside.

Exercise Your Body

Yes, you hear it all the time. Exercise will help you lose weight and feel better about yourself. Women hear this so much these days that it honestly makes them tune out completely when someone starts talking about it.

Even the people who love you the most unintentionally make you feel horrible when they start talking about how exercise can change your life. Unfortunately, that statement is true. (Do not close up now, keep listening! There is more!) While there is no way to lose weight specifically in one area of your body, there are ways that you can lose weight all over and make those arms look great.

One of the keys to help you lose arm fat is to get your body moving. Cardiovascular exercise just a few times a week for short bursts will help your body to burn more calories, which will, in turn, make your arms start to slim down.

Contrary to what you have often heard, exercising six days a week for an hour a day will not give you the results you want. It will simply wear your body down and make it immune to the workout that you think is helping you.

By working out in short bursts, you are helping your body, not just exhausting it. This is one way to ensure that you always feel great about what you are doing.

Building Muscle

Another important part of the process to help you lose arm flab is muscle building. You do not want to become the next Ms. Universe of the body building world, but having a little muscle in there will help define your arm and make it look even slimmer than it really is.

Muscle tone is a key part of making your body look good. Without any muscles, losing arm fat is actually pretty pointless. Once you have lost all the fat, all you will have left is bone...and we all know that boniness is not an attractive quality.

Feel Good About Your Body

Now we have come to the most vital part of the process. Feeling good about yourself is one thing that no exercise can accomplish for you. We all know some woman who wears a size two who still does not appreciate how good she looks.

Work to lose arm flab because you want to, not because you think it will make you feel better about yourself. You are already wonderful exactly the way you are.

How to Lose Arm Fat - Results in Just Minutes a Day!

By Jennifer Jolan

Here's how to lose arm fat with results coming in just minutes a day. Getting rid of jiggling arms is kinda tricky compared to losing weight from your butt, thighs, and belly... but, it's possible. READ THIS NOW if you're determined to slim and tone your flabby arms.

How to Lose Arm Fat

1. The best way to lose arm fat is to use a few specific cardio exercises that eliminate fat from all over your body

You can tone and slim down your flabby arms with direct exercises (I'll show you that shortly), but a quicker way to lose the fat in your arms is surprisingly enough... jumping on a mini-trampoline.

This gives your body the "cardio effect" weight loss needed to get rid of excess fat from all over your body. Your arms are one of the last places fat will leave the body. Your torso gets quicker results in regards to fat loss.

Having said that, jumping on a mini-trampoline is one of the best ways I know to lose fat in an easy and quick manner. Here's a tip on how to get the most out of it... jump on it for a few minutes at a time throughout the day.

Doing this boosts your metabolism a lot better than doing it all at once. For me, I prefer to do this during tv commercials to save me time and space out my exercising for maximum fat loss.

2. Tone your arms by doing DIAMOND pushups

Take both of your thumbs and pointer fingers and create a diamond in the shape of a triangle. Now do pushups with your hands like that. If you're not use to doing pushups, do them with you on your knees and not on your toes.

These diamond pushups are great for toning the back of your arms, the triceps. This will tighten up the area reducing the jiggling fat. Do 4 sets of as many pushups as you can do resting 1 minute between sets. If you do this 4 times a week, within 2 weeks you should see a major improvement in your arms.

How to lose arm fat is tricky, but it's definitely possible if you include these 2 tips into an easy routine for yourself.

If you're SICK and TIRED of getting the same old boring weight loss advice... you know, like "Eat more fruits and vegetables, drink 8 glasses of water, jog, and blah blah blah", then...

Click http://www.weightlossguide4women.com/ to get your FREE EBOOK "How SPINNING Around Like a Child TRIPLES your Weight Loss". A strange, but true, way to LOSE 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
